SUBMITTAL PROCESS

We have all of TDLR forms you need for all of your projects.  Please use the forms from our site when submitting your project to KINETIC ACCESS. 
What should you deliver at the time of submittal to KINETIC ACCESS?
  1. TDLR Architectural Barriers Project Registration Form or TDLR Architectural Barriers Project Registration Confirmation Page
  2. Completed checklist with the Building/Facility Owner’s Email Address
  3. TDLR Proof of Submission Form
  4. One complete set of construction documents (PDFs only) 
  5. Plan Review Fee along with *Project Filing Fee* payable to ‘Kinetic Access RAS’.         If you have already registered the project online and paid the $175 Project Filing Fee, do not send the project filing fee.  For fees please see our Fee Schedule.
  6. TDLR Request for Inspection Form and fee if paying for the inspection (highly encouraged). No penalty is charged for submitting this form prior to construction. This form must be signed and dated by the Owner holding title to the property. If any party other than the Owner signs this form as ‘the Owner’s Agent’, then we must also be in receipt of a TDLR Owner Agent Designation Form (OAD) signed by the Owner and naming that party as its Agent. 
  • The applicable fees MUST be included with the submittal per TDLR Rule 68.50(c) and 68.80(g).  
  • Incomplete forms will delay your project.
